God forbid someone should shake off the lemming-like behavior of Fleetwood Mac fandom and voice a unique opinion around here.

See now I love that album. It creates an atmosphere of musicians gathering in the placid countryside (much like "Future Games"), smoking weed, & being hip.

I like that one, too. It's like watching episodes of "Gunsmoke" while you're in bed with the flu.

I apologise once again for not liking the Time album, okay?

I don't know why but I like the last two Lindsey albums more knowing some people react so badly to them

Bob Brunning?? Are you serious?? The man's a leach!! He played on one Mac album and a few gigs before John woke up and got on board. I haven't heard any other material he's ever played on to be 100% honest but he turned me off years ago with his constant publishing of one book after another about the Mac. He's tried to make a career out of writing about the Mac and having read only one of his books, I had to have a stiff drink and try to forget I'd ever tortured myself in such a way. The man's writing is so poor that I personally believe reading Tolstoy's "War and Peace" in the original Russian backwards in the bathroom mirro might be easier (and I can't read Russian!!)

Dave only had the "Time" album with Mac and I honestly just forgot about him! My bad!

I just can't get into Dave and Bob W. Just can't. I've honestly tried. If you truly believe they are that good, then I will committ to keep trying. You never know, I may eventually change my mind, but it could take considerable time.

Actually given that Brunning doesn't do a lot of vocals on his Tramp, Brunning Sunflower and De Le Blues Band albums they are very enjoyable. Certainly not in the FM league, but enjoyable anyway. (Think of going to the pub to see a blues band - that is Brunning & Co).

Don't worry you probably aren't the only person. He's had 40 years of albums and I only like one or two of them (26 Letters, 12 Notes was excellent though).

Lets be honest, Weston not so much so, but Dave W is great, you seriously have to listen to Walking Underwater or Mostly Sonny. Feel free to PM me and I'll upload you a copy if you can't bring yourself to actually purchase them

Fleetwood Mac - Tusk
Stevie Nicks - Bella Donna (or Wild Heart)
Christine McVie - Christine Perfect (simply because of I'm On My Way; I can listen to that song on repeat all day and never tire of it)

Fleetwood Mac: I love Rumours, Tusk and FM Live all equally...I cannot choose between any of them...and that's why the Mac is my end-all-and-be-all in Rock N Roll....and Say You Will is often undervalued, IMHO.
Stevie Nicks:Bella Donna, hands down. That is my favorite era of Stevie's ever-changing voice, and it's also before she got way too sloppy with drugs.
Lindsey Buckingham: Probably Under the Skin, although there are gems on GOS, too...
Christine McVie: I dunno about solo album, but I always loved her work on Tusk more than any other album she worked on.

Fleetwood Mac - Tusk
Lindsey Buckingham - Hmmm... It might well be GOS at the minute.
Stevie Nicks - I guess I should really buy at least one of her albums

Hey, I was being sarcastic. And so those who don't agree are supposed to sit back and not say anything unless it fits your "unique" criteria? I'm very sorry if I offended you, but I loved all of LB's last three albums vehemently whether that's considered part of the status quo or not- and I'm going to defend them, or at least voice my opinion.

I understand you have your own preferences in terms of FM, and I completely respect that, but it was nothing but a quip and I'm already labeled.
