Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

Unfortunately, Rick will touring Europe with Mick. However, I'm sure she could always get Dave Mason.

I would love to see a Welch/McVie tour.

I have a feeling he's still mixing some of the tracks and he'll start up with the interviews in the next couple of weeks.

I doubt it. The album is done and being pressed, if it's not already pressed. If anything, he's busy working on his next solo album he said he's planning for later this year.

It's already been reviewed in the British press

I have a feeling that the tracks on the album were all pretty much completed quite some time ago .Isn't it basically going to be a patchwork quilt of leftovers and odds and ends from various projects over the last few years?

nope. it's all just a SINGLE project - a Fleetwood Mac album that had several starts followed by long waiting periods for Nicks in which she was hinting that she may or may not (mainly not) join them for the project to be finished.

i'm glad LB is releasing material that was not meant for FM separaately as a solo project.

Isn't "In My World" also a leftover from the Extended Play sessions and I saw mention of a track leftover from In the Meantime....so.

there was no Extended Play sessions. that was the start of the Fleetwood Mac album work, in 2012. at the end of 2012 Nicks gave in and said, ok let's release a couple of those songs and see how they sell, and these were called EP. she said if they sell well i will join you all for the album. they went on 2013 tour. when they came off that tour Christine rejoined and we all thought that means Nicks will also join on that album. turns out she didn't.

2012, 2014 and then end of 2016 was all work on the same Fleetwood Mac album.

Did she really think that anyone would want to buy a misbegotten thing like "Without You" she never meant to participate in an entire new album all along.

Apparently. It's basically the same premise of 24KG.
