I agree completely! Both of mine mean something huge to me. I know that if I hate The English Patient and Fleetwood Mac in 20 years by some weird twist of fate, the sentiments will still be a huge part of my life

Exclamation

According to cnn.com, a 28-year-old man named Evan Muncie was pulled out from the rubble in Haiti. Alive. Today. It's been a month. Yeah. Yike.

He says that "someone was giving me water" but it doesn't quite make sense. But he's quite understandably very confused and incoherent right now. (In an altered neurological state, I mean.) They're hoping to get more information from him when he gets his senses back.

Anyway, it really does seem like a genuine Miracle!

Either way, just thought I'd share a little good news.

I love it! I actually love the location too, I always thought that if I ever decided on a tattoo, that I would get one in that area. (not too visible, not a tramp stamp, etc...)

Dani, that is a GORGEOUS tattoo and probably the most appropriate thing you could have ever picked. Did you go back to our shop?

My JTIS:

1. I have a really important interview today and I'm stressing out big time. I can't decide if it's better to keep brushing up on my talking points for the next few hours or just relax, tell myself that I have this under control, and hope that confidence transfers to my performance. I'm obviously going with the latter right now as I post this

2. I want a snow storm. I know saying that is going to come off like a dick move to all of you who are having problems because of the blizzard right now, but the five year old inside me wants to play outside.

This phrase from Michael Ondaatje's The English Patient really stuck with me when I read the book in September. It's not even from a noteworthy part of the book.... I just adored the phrase.

This tattoo is in my own handwriting-- I literally wrote it down one time on a piece of paper in the studio and that became the stencil. I think that's important to the general sentiment of the tattoo. It's a dedication to two things: my writing and my past. I want to continue to be a "body full of sentences" in both the stories I can tell about my own life and the stories I create through my poetry/creative writing.
awesome, i like it alot & the meaning behind it~

Love that tattoo, Dani.

I had a snow day at work today. You're never too old for one of those.

Because of the snow..i probably won't have school for the rest of the week which im happy about but i haven't been out of the house since thursday =[

My dad's baby mama (lol) bought me a laptop that just came yesterday
problems I've had with it so far:
I couldn't get the internet to work so I spent most of the day on the phone with my dad trying to get this thing to work then after we were off the phone i finally got the stupid thing to work by myself (me so smart).
Now I just have to get my music on this thing (almost done)

Thanks you guys I'm emotionally attached to it. I truly think its perfect.

And Marissa-- unfortunately I couldn't go back there in fear that they'd recognize me and when I showed them my ID as a newly 18-year-old Dani Dennis, they'd wonder where Sara Lynn Fleetwood II went.

Went to the grocery store today, and a nice boy gave me a rose out of nowhere. He was waiting with it up by the checkout when I got there, after he'd said hello to me at the back of the store.

I've never had a stranger do something like that before. It was very sweet.

And turns out he's a tattoo artist, so if his work is good, perhaps I shall finally be able to start finishing my back piece! Woot.

All the same, baby. All the same.

"You never know what I'll do. I've resequenced my show. I'm a master at sequencing. I'm the one who sequenced for Fleetwood Mac. I sequenced 'Rumours.' Everyone loves my sequences. They're fun.''
