I sure hope not. The Buckingham/McVie/Fleetwood/McVie album was amazing!

Not in my opinion. And I am a fan.

I'd erase John and Mick too.
Take a chance Lindsey, take
a chance.

If they've been mixing it, I seriously doubt it....I bet the plan now is to master it and get the artwork done (if it isn't already!) and have it out by late June/early July!

I side with you here. Especially if it's more "pop", that's an interesting thing to hear again. Maybe he'll deliberately bring out more of the songs that Stevie and Christine hated from Tusk -- I'd love to see that incorporated into the set!

Walk a Thin Line, Lindsey; always.

I hope he opens the tour with Wrong!

I was thinking the same thing 😂

Do we know he did any tracks for this solo album with Mick or John?

Seriously, he has to have a track ready to release as a single on iTunes now. Do it to capitalize on this moment. He needs to show up Fleetwood Mac at every step.

Fleetwood Mac helped me through a time of heartbreak. 12 years later, they broke my heart.

I always look forward to LB's solo stuff. But now more than ever I'm eager to support him.

I enjoyed the album, but I completely agree with you about him needing to shake things up more. There were no new ideas or approaches on that album, as much as I enjoy it.

I wish that hot on the heels of the news of him getting kicked out of FM so they can go on a cash grab tour, he announces a new solo album that highlights his stance on being a contemporary recording artist.

I'm not happy with the news but at this point I'm thrilled to get more new music. Lindsey has a lot of creativity left in him . I can't wait to hear what's next. This also means there is a much better chance for Buck/McVie 2

same for everything except i'm wondering what will be happening re BuckVie projects.

other than LB being tied up with the FM tour, my other worry has been that Chris will be 76 by the time that tour is done. but she's still tied down with the FMv9 tour.

I’m assuming BuckVie will only be a one time thing. It was a neat little moment in time.

I don't understand how Christine's role in his "firing" and I imagine it makes a second collaboration complicated.

LB wants to tour solo but I think the FM tour would be finalized first. Once again not sure what's going on with the FM tour. I doubt the FM would start before August.
There is some kind of issue going on. Not sure what the issue is but once again this is Fleetwood Mac and it's always "complicated"
Wow - to read this now in retrospect.

If he tours, I wonder what he will say when the inevitable FM questions pop up.

I think he won't ever talk about FM again.

He will need to rise above this treason.

My concern is: Lindsey financed his solo career with his Big Machine money. Could leaving Mac impact the number and quality of records and tours?
