I listen to the most brutal music known to man-kind to relieve the 'pain' I am under.

Black/Death metal.

I'm a rarity, I listen to Fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks & Behemoth/Deicide/God Forbid/etc. equally - Cant headbang to FM as much as metal, but some Ledgies in OKC 2003 saw that I can 'bang to the Mac at a show.

Umm, paracetamol (tylenol in the US, I think), iboprofen (?), drink a lot of water, yoga-breathing exercises.. sometimes I just go to bed and sleep a lot, other times I get physically active, clean the house and stuff.
Had a f***ing headache for 3-4 months now. (meds-related)
Perhaps I should try headbanging

You could always wash down a handful of Soma with a fifth of Old Crow, like my grandmother; if you don't mind being either psychotic or completely unconscious for a few days.
