Yeah, The Police I love. Sting solo, too. I know a lot of people who hate Sting, so maybe that's it. I think he's super sexy and I love his voice.

No Allman Bros. or Lynryd Skynyrd?

I never cared much for the Rolling Stones.

I asked you to name ONE classic rock band, not 69 you silly girl. And while I'm on the lecture circuit it's MEN at Work not Man at Work. Did you know they opened up for Fleetwood Mac on the Mirage Tour? And speaking of 69, what subliminal message are you trying to send here?

I know this is like sacrilege or something..
the Beatles. like, I get what they did for rock and roll as we know it but I can't stand their music (or movies).

and I don't like Pink Floyd (except for Run Like Hell but thats it!)
and the Grateful Dead don't do anything for me either.
I only listen to Rush to hear Neil's drumming.
I hated the whole 90s grunge crap.
I change the radio station whenever Areosmith comes on.
I don't like Bob Segar's voice....and Old Time Rock and Roll makes me want to vom.
I hate Rod Stewart's voice too.

also, I don't know if they are classic rock...but Focus really chaps my ass.
They had all that musical talent and they make a song like Hocus Pocus.

and Jethro Tull is boring.

As a drummer, you may want to have a look at these videos:

the solo is on part 2:

Ham hands Ginger Baker has nothing on Clive Bunker.

Quick trivia fact: Glenn Cornick, who was Jethro Tull's bass player at the time, was married to Judy Wong. Wong was a friend of FM, and later worked for the band.

Sticking to the original thread subject: Chicago after Terry Kath's death. They lost their soul when he accidentally shot himself. There was nothing to save the band from banal Peter Cetera songs.
There are many others, but this the band on my mind right now.

You completely overlooked the fact (or just neglected to mention) that Glenn Cornick was the bass player for Bob Welch's first post-Fleetwood Mac band Paris.

Overlooked is the answer. I'm afraid to say that aside from "French Kiss", I don't know a lot about Bob Welch post FM.
