Yes, its that version. Rufus performed it on Letterman (not sure when) with his mother playing piano. I'm not really familiar with any other versions, but I do really like this version. But I am a fan of pretty much anything Rufus does.

Oh, if anyone has a jpg of Ritchie Blackmore smiling, could you email it to me? Every photo I've ever seen of the guy, he just always looks like he has some really bad gastro-intestinal disorder...or that somebody just pissed him off again. Even when he's playing his guitar, which you'd think would inspire SOME "lightness of being" within one's soul.
