I know that the Mac like to have a really big punch at the beginning of their concerts like Monday Morning, or the Chain. Since Christine will most like be coming back, I propose they open with Believe Me. They could share different verses with all three of them. and still get the Chris vibe that she's back! It would be one big "Guess what? The Mac is back!" to the audience, and a prominent return for Chris to the stage, plus Lindsey the orchestra leader can have his big intro sound.

While I'd love believe me, the more realistic and I would put a lt of money on it if Christine comes back is say you love me for the opening song.

I think most people hate on TITN because it sounds so dated today. But all of Christine's songs are great -- pop masterpieces. When FM did "Everywhere" for The Dance, it sounded fantastic, and made me pine for more of Christine's songs from that album.

Yes, Of course, that was my other guess. Imagine the arena gets dark, and then ...those familiar piano chords...SWEET!

I like The Chain, but not as an opener anymore, let's Change it up!!!!

For Christine's return they might open with the Chain, although for the first song, the crowd is so excited just to see them that the choice of first song becomes secondary, getting lost in the rush. So they should save The Chain for the second song so that it can be properly welcomed, but I could see them opening with it, as a statement.

They've had a different opening song then the chain on both the previous tours. Monday morning in 09 and second hand news this year. And really while the impression is the chain has been their standard opener forever it's really only opened three tours. Time the dance and say you will. I think the fact that it opens both the mirage and tango videos gives us the allusion it's had this super long opening song streak. Those videos do a great job disguising that second hand news and say you love me were played first.

I know it hasn't always been their opener, but I think they would want to use it this time as an acknowledgment of the fact that the 5 are reunited. It would be more of a message than in previous tours. It's really nice on The Dance dvd.

Gotta disagree. If their songbird is back, then they almost have to open with "Say You Love Me," then do "The Chain." I know...That's SO 1987.

Unless they're going to do SYLM like they did in 1997. Then, I don't think they would start all 5 onstage like that.

They could REALLY mess with our heads with this opening 7-pack:

Get Like You Used To Be
Station Man
Dreams
Believe Me
Rhiannon
Oh Well
Why

(then on to more familiar territory)
Big Love
Landslide
Never Going Back Again
Say You Love Me
I'm So Afraid
Gypsy
You Make Loving Fun
Tusk
World Turning
Blue Letter

(encore #1)
Don't Stop
Go Your Own Way

(encore #2)
Silver Springs
Hypnotized
Songbird

I hope they don't. "The Dance" was great for what it was, but I think they need to do the regular SYLM. In fact, I think they need to get as far away from "The Dance" as possible.
