There's no question that since her return, Christine has not sounded amazing live. The Dance may have been her swan song in that regard, but on ITM and this new duet album, she can still sing beautifully in a studio where she's allowed as many takes as she needs, plus some judicious computerized tuning and "dusting" of the vocals. What has to be said however, is that no matter how strained or weak her voice sounds live, as it sometimes sounded in the 70s and 80s, she still has that tone. She never lost that. |

She is back, she is lovely and she still sounds like herself.
I love her. That's all I have to offer regarding Christine McVie. |

I loved her very raw version of Songbird. Everybody autotunes these days. EVERYBODY... I'll take a 74 year old Christine McVie singing Songbird, warts and all.

I'll dare any 74 year old female singer to give such a powerful performance.

Big machine. Little machine. More like Lindsey's karaoke machine.

Yes, especially the BBC2 version. The woman has been the soundtrack of my life and no amount of lame-ass haters on YouTube and elsewhere are going to take away the joy she has given me.
