Fleetwood Mac Survey: Are you really a fan?

Hi - My name is Julie, I am a high school student in Australia conducting research into the influence Fleetwood Mac has had on its fan base from 1968 until present day.

I am looking for people who are willing to complete a questionnaire to gather information about the bands influence on music, fashion, lifestyle and attitude and how these have changed over time.

In return for your help, I will provide you with a copy of the results of the survey, which I am sure will be very interesting to Fleetwood Mac fans.
