Milwaukee Reviews, Photos, Etc.

I just got home from the Milwaukee show, and it was awesome. I was able to be right in front of the stage and it was amazing . I'm a little too tired to give a play by play, but here are my initial reactions:

Lindsey was amazing! When he came over to our side of the stage for So Afraid, he literally stood right in front of us. My friend Jessica and I touched his legs and got to play his guitar!!!

Stevie was beautiful, but she wasn't as interactive as I hoped she would be. I tried to give her roses after Silver Springs and she looked at me and kind of acknowledged it but wouldn't come up to take them. Gold Dust Woman, Storms, and Silver Springs were all fantastic though. I couldn't believe I was right there at the stage! I was just in awe most of the time though--she is so captivating and I couldn't believe she was only a couple of feet away from me.

John and Mick were great. We were right in front of John and we cheered for him several times. He smiled at us a couple of times and gave us a thumbs up

I didn't bring in a camera, and I was glad not to be distracted by taking pictures--I just wanted to take in the experience. I got to meet a couple Ledgies--hi Alicia and Amy!!!

It was so worth the money spent--an amazing night I will never forget. I'm curious what others thought especially those sitting further back as the sound is obviously not great right in front.

I would add to all the above that the version of Oh Well was fantastic! And I for one am glad that they paid homage to the true roots of the band with that classic PG song. I'd only ever heard Lindsey do that one on the Chain box set, so it was a real treat to see him do it live.

Thanks for sharing your photos!!! It's always nice to see different perspectives of a show...I enjoyed seeing them!

No, she hasn't. I noticed right away when she came on that her makeup looked darker and more careless. It kind of reminded me of the Everyday video at first. But it was darker than that. I liked it. It was something different at least.

I think it could be better though. I don't think her makeup artist does her justice. Or maybe he or she does and we just aren't aware of it...

oh my gosh all of the photos are awesome!! Thanks to everyone that posted!! And the full stage shots with the big screen are very cool

I'm glad you are having luck with your new camera--I used mine at a recent concert (not FM) and mine didn't turn out so hot

But I was kind of far away and the stage was pretty dark..... I'm going to see Heart on June 30th and hope to take some pics and try try again!! Does anyone know if they usually allow cameras at their shows?? (sorry for going a little off topic......)

Yea I dont think I've ever seen Stevie rockin the light blue liner in her inner eye. Kinda weird...but cool..I never thought of that. Oh and her eye make up looks SOOOO RAL!! Its scary...lol

Maybe Stevie wanted the whites of her eyes whiter..lol...When you want your eyes white you'd use a blue liner and if you wanted dark blue masacra. Same goes for your lips. If you see a light blue lipgloss out there...it to make your teeth look whiter

or maybe for the next show she'll tease her hair up to within an inch of it's life. That would be different.
