Is it a crystal ball?

Hey,

Does anyone know if that's a crystal ball that they are looking at on the Rumours album cover? If you'll look, the exact same thing is on the 1975 self-titled album. It looks as if someone's in there, but who could it be?

It's the exact same crystal ball on both album covers and it looks like images of Mick & John inside the crystal balls.

They've got one on The Dance cover also.

The image of John & Mick on the 1975 album cover is projected in the crystal balls on the Fleetwood Mac & Rumours albums, and the crystal ball on The Dance album is projecting the image of Mick & Stevie from the Rumours cover!!!

Boy, I sure can't tell on the Rumours and Dance balls. But one question: What's in the ball on the Legacy tribute album cover? And another thing while on that album, the back page quotes Shakespeare: "If musice be the food of love ... play on" Why did they truncate it? THEN play on would've had the more significance...very odd...
