Actually, if you happen to be IN Cleveland and able to get to the venue tomorrow or something, if anyone is wanting to take this ticket you could call the venue and ask if they could hold it at the Will-Call window for you. Don't tell them you have sold it, just tell them a friend of yours is taking the ticket because you can't go, and could they please hold it for such-and-such name. You'd have to physically bring the ticket to the venue, though, which since I don't know where you live may not be feasible for you.

Chances are they WOULD do it though, a friend of mine did this for me for a play she wasn't able to attend. She just brought her ticket to the venue and asked them to hold it under my name; I went and picked it up just like picking up a normal Will-Call ticket.

***Edit!!! I just remembered, I also had a situation once where a friend of mine was unable to go to a show with me, but she had paid for my ticket so it was already held at Will-Call under HER name. She called the venue and told them that she was unable to make it but I WAS indeed coming, and the venue (the Borgata in Atlantic City) changed the name on the reservation to mine. I simply picked it up with my own ID. So, you could try doing this if you are NOT in Cleveland.
