Ok so ...... Countdown was an iconic aussie music show in the 7os and 80s hosted by molly melldrom ... Anyone whos anyone in the music bizz was on his show or would attend parties at his house if they were in australia .... There was a tribute to the show on tv on sunday nite and at one point in the show molly spoke of a party at his house where heaps stars all turned up ..... Like big names like dylan to name one , lauren becall .... Anyway big names and long story short he jokingly implied stevie was wasted and what looked like his own personal pics flashed up and there was a pic of stevie passed out with a drink in her hand . It was a crazy pic and wondered if anyone else watched the show ? Its on abcview online .

Aw, it's actually quite a cute pic -- content-passed out rather than messy-passed out. The segment starts at about 47:27 here for those interested in having a look -- Stevie's photo comes up about 10-15 secs in.

And what a party! I would've given an arm and a leg to be at a party with both Stevie and Lauren Bacall. I guess Tom Petty, Cyndi Lauper, Dire Straits and Bob Dylan are also cool, but I care less about them

Thanks for posting those links above, gave me a much needed chuckle. I tried never to miss Countdown all through the 80s.

I always liked how it seemed Molly was more of a friend than a reporter whenever he interviewed Stevie, especially the one he did not long after Rumours came out.

i dunno about this pic though lol
hardly looks like she's passed out drunk if she's got a lil smile on her face and her drink hasn't spilt all over the floor and her clothes are all on and in one piece

Thanks! Yeah that's not new, and certainly not passed out at some party, it's backstage at the Wembly arena in June 1980.
