Actress Vivica A. Fox has her 4,640-square-foot house in Los Angeles' Granada Hills area on the market for $1.45M
While this is a Big Time Listings exclusive, it's not exactly a new listing. Listing information shows that the house came on the market on March 24. It does not appear that any other celebrity real estate gossips have yet written about this listing (although we know we'll hear about it if they have!).

Built in 2002, Fox's four-bedroom house (or five-bedroom, according to public records) has four baths (or five baths, according to public records), an office, a media room, a gourmet kitchen, a family room, and a master suite with a balcony, fireplace, walk-in closets and a master bath with a spa tub and a steam shower, according to public records and listing information. Outside on the house's 0.66-acre (28,950-square-foot) lot are lush landscaping, a pool, a spa and a gazebo, according to public records and listing information.

Records show that Fox paid $825,500 to purchase the house on August 6, 2002, with the deal being recorded on January 2, 2003.

Even though she claims she's not with a lawsuit claiming unauthorized use of her likeness, etc. for a commercial that is currently airing - one that she obviously agreed to film for them. It's not a non-payment issue, either. I think it's an embarrassment thing.
