Peter Green/Gabor Szabo/Santana

I have just recently discovered the Jazz guitarist Gabor Szabo.
The connection that Santana has with Gabor is Gabor's song Gypsy Queen.
Santana coveres Peter's Black Magic Woman and coveres Gabor's Gypsy Queen and put them together as Black Magic Woman\Gypsy Queen.
Some of Peters solo stuff in the late 70's-early 80's reminds me Gabor.

Does anybody here know if Peter ever met or played with Gabor Szabo?
