Dang... I'm hyped about this tour!
I'm hoping he'll remedy that this time around. I'm hyped about the tour too!

This gonna be your first LB concert? It'll be mine. Pretty sure I'd be hyped even if it was my hundreth, but this is a special kinda hyped.

But yeah, fingers crossed for some or atleast one Texas date(s)!

Also, it'd be extremely cool to see you and any other Texan Ledgies at the show.

Default Texas dates

I'm in Texas also. I saw Lindsey in Austin in 1993 and again in 2006. His Out of the Cradle show ranks as the best concert I have ever been to!!! I can't wait and I hope for another Texas date this year as well!

I'm in Tulsa but I'll probably go to Austin/Dalls/Houston/San Anton/etc if he doesn't make it back to OK. The wife and I are really pumped about this one, especially after all the rave reviews of the album.

Plus, comparisons to OOTC.. The live versions of the Cradle songs were, IMO, much better than most of the album versions. After 10 years of no touring, the man himself was really putting heart and soul in.. I hope he has it for this one.

What was the GOS tour like? I still can't believe I didn't go in 08..

GOS tour was incredible. The songs from that album really made it more exhilarating than the UTS tour -- which was great. It just got improved upon.
The GOS title song sizzled live.

I agree with you about some of the OOTC songs being better live. I honestly used to blank on the studio version of Doing What I Can, but it lit up the concert live.

The GOS tour was the first tour I saw Lindsey solo, but I thought it was fantastic. He did a good mix of songs from the album (about six, if I remember correctly), a few older solo songs and FM tunes that the more casual crowd would expect. He didn't change up the set much from show to show, I think the only song that made a few sets but not all was "Bleed to Love Her", but I saw him twice, both at the end of the tour (one was the last show) and he was so on, full of energy, basically perfection.

I know he played the Brady in Tulsa on the GOS tour, so maybe he'd make his way back there if he enjoyed his time! I'd actually be tempted to go to Tulsa myself if he were to play Cain's but I doubt he would.

What happened to the Boston show? I'm going to be there at that time!

I wish he would come a bit further south in Florida, possibly Tampa or even Fort Myers. If not I'll make the trek to Jacksonville. I've seen couple of shows at that venue, great acoustics.

Oh, he'll definitely go to NYC. You don't even have to worry about that.

I wish he'd come a bit further east - to England!
