The Right Place to Fade...Twist of Fate....
could fit.
Perhaps he tweaked the lyrics a bit (or the whole song).

I'm totally intrigued. New Stuff!

You know he had to do GOS on an album named GOS. I don't think, however, that the world would be ready for that as a single! And they better be watching to make sure Emily isn't joining Murrow in that whole grave turning thing.

Just to satisfy my own needs, I conclude that Love Runs Deeper is Deep Dense -- although Deep Dense is a better title.

I very much like the sound of The Right Place to Fade, so if that's Twist of Fate, which everyone wants to have released, then that's great.

Now that I listen to what we all thought was "Twist of Fate"...I hear the "Right Place To Fade" lyric. LOL I'm listening to it now. Maybe that's why he had no clue why we were asking about the song Twist of Fate. Those aren't even the lyrics!!

I always thought he sang "Waiting for the right twist of fate..." Sounds like "Waiting for the right place to fade..." now. Check it out.

It was once known as "Twist Of Fate", and now it's known as "Right Place To Fade"

-While the words in each phrase are phonetically similar for sure, the recording (as we know it now) is sung "twist of fate"

-It's listed as "Twist Of Fate" in the credits of the IMAX Wild California film.

-The leaked GOS tracklist says "Twist Of Fate", and that list came from somewhere "official" (it wasn't the bootlegger's decision to name one track "Shuffle Riff", if you know what I mean)

-When Warners tried to persuade Lindsey to have Sarah McLachlan duet on the track (circa '99), it was always phrased as "Twist Of Fate".

^^^^^^

Definitely the case! I always thought the chorus sounded strange but you're right on with that one.

Im just hoping that with all these songs we know on this album that they're not exactly like what we all have on our hard drives!! its been years since they were cut and im sure the ever perfectionist Lindsey will revamp them for this album release.

Guess I was jumping for an explanation.

So much for a light bulb moment.

Michele
But isn't Deep Dense one of the songs from the Rolling Stones?
So, can he just change their titles? (well, being that it's Lindsey...maybe...)

Oops. I realized this was to satisfy your own needs, so...the answer is...of course it's Deep Dense!
(my inner party pooper came out for a second there. Forgive me)

Isn't Deep Dense the song that Javier claimed Stevie co-wrote with Lindsey? A Fritz song, or something right around that era? I can't recall.

Yes, Deep Dense isn't one of the Rolling Stone songs. Right, Javier gave those as Stevie lyrics, which he recited. Michele

I like the title Bel Air Rain. Perhaps he was writing about his former residence with the rain room. He seemed to have loved that room in that house and I'd venture to guess it was in Bel Air.

3. Did You Miss Me

Down Endless Street? It would fit with the first few lines. (I suddenly can't remember if this was a soundtrack song or something...lol...it wasn't released right??? Wow, Lindseyfan brain fart.)

The words themselves aren't present in the songs, but I'm wondering if it's a reworked version or something. And yah, as soon as I saw "Wanna Wait For You" I thought of Shuffle Riff, that's ALWAYS what I've thought he was saying so that seals it! "The Right Place To Fade" took me another second, but yes, definitely.

"Underground"...hm... Steve's Riff. Just because I have NO IDEA what the heck he's saying in that thing, but I like it and want it to show up--finished!--somewhere, so I'm assigning it the title of "Underground".

I reaaaalllllyyyy like the sounds of this...can't wait!!!
