I read a biography about her and there was a bit about when she was filming Mary Poppins. When she flies in at the beginning she was suspended on a harness that should gently lower her to the ground. Apprently it let her down to quickly and she landed in a heap and she had a few choice words to say! And it look funny to see them coming from 'Mary Poppins - practically perfect in everyway!' LOL!

Similar to the opening shot from Sound of Music where the helicopter's approach kept knocking her over.
