This song is so happy! It makes me feel really good. Love the interplay and harmonies. Stripped down and that brings out its core musicality. Pop music by people with advanced degrees in pop music.

This song is so Fleetwood Mac. I love it. It gives me the feeling I get when I use to listen to their singles for the first time. Stevie, Stevie,Stevie this song could have had your voice all over it.......Oh Well. I still dig it!

I also think this will sound great on the radio, much better than IMW, and could do well in the charts. It's so catchy.

I agree. Stevie's voice needs to be on this.

Gather around, children, and I will tell a tale of the hallowed olden days.
Back in the ancient days of vinyl, there was a holy object called a 45. It had a song meant to be a hit on one side - the A side. It had a song meant to be added value, but probably not a hit, on the other side - the B side. But sometimes the producers didn't know what they had, and the B side was a better song. I view In My World as the A side, and Feel About You as the better B side of a two-sided release. Now if they actually put these out on a 45, I'd be a happy camper!

I'm sorry but the marimba in the background just sounds like my phone is going off.

Fleetwood Mac has a way of delivering new beginnings to me. If memory serves me correctly, Mirage was released in the Spring of 1982. If not, oh well but Tango in the Night was def. released in the Spring of 1987. Spring is my favorite season. It's the start of new life and the prelude to Summer. Many memories I have are of me taking long walks blasting the Tango cassette from my boom box or listening through headphones on my walkman. Now I have 2 new Fleetwood Mac songs to carry me through the Spring of 2017. Neither of the songs are as brilliant as I was hoping but they have that consistency of pop pleasantry that is pleasing to my ears and I expect them to grow on me in time. I have been listening to In My World everyday since its release and like it more with each listen. And now FINALLY I have a new Christine McVie song to live with and Love.

The start of Feel About You reminds me of All Along the Watchtower.

They are...uh...stripping away the preconceptions-if you will-of pop music.

I like this review
https://consequenceofsound.net/2017/...ut-you-listen/ Fleetwood Mac members Christine McVie and Lindsey Buckingham will release their first album of duets, the simply titled Lindsey Buckingham/Christine McVie, on June 9th via Atlantic Records. After sharing the effort’s lead single, “In My World”, earlier this month, the duo is back with a charming new song called “Feel About You”. The track is as pleasant and sweet as you could hope pop-rock to be. It bounces along on springy keys and guitars that twinkle like sun cutting through cherry blossoms. “You are the sky at night/ Black and white/ Green and blue,” McVie sings on the jangly chorus. “You’re so beautiful, beautiful/ That’s how I feel about you.” Take a listen below (via Rolling Stone). |

I hear you. I first heard Rumours in the Spring of 1977 and it was literally a live changer. |
