Tomorrow: my last day and my first sleepover--I'm seventeen, and I've never been to one...sad.
Today: I nearly got killed by the assistance tennis coach Mr. Lobby-- a tennis ball machine-- who decided to shoot balls going 80 mph at me. This week: I've skipped the classes that I didn't need to go to and instead played Egyptian...

This week, I was at my first riot! Since I got out safely and before the major drama began, I can actually cross it off the list of insane things I never particularly wanted to be a part of yet happened anyway. I guess having lived in New York as long as I have, it was bound to happen eventually but I'm still glad that I didn't get hit in the head with a flying chair.

Thank you! It's a pretty surreal experience...saying "goodbye" to people, and not just "see ya tomorrow". Seeing everyone come out for the graduation. Tons of people since I went to one of the biggest schools in the state. And then just sitting here now, thinking that in a few months I will be starting college, and going into that totally different world. It's crazy. Sad, exciting, and a little bit scary all at the same time. But the future is bright and I'm happy for what's to come.

I'm sitting here watching my puppy play. She does this thing where she goes into the kitchen and then runs as fast as she can into the living room, where she literally throws herself on the hard wood floor, rolls over a couple of times, then gets up & runs back into the kitchen to do it all over again...really, what is that about?

Interesting setlist ! Though i'd love to hear them doing some earlier songs, from Blondie and Plastic Letters. How sounds the new album ? |

Today, I had an interview at Northwestern Mutual for an internship, but I didn't know it was to be an insurance salesperson. Oh well, there's always the fall.

That's excellent! I assume you'll make your way over to Australia then in December?

That's the first time I've heard of him, unfortunately. Going by the ever trustworthy Wikipedia, he seems a pretty insightful chap. What did he have to say?
