teriffic show

great audience, were sooo polite to each other, but did not fail to show their appreciation for FM, there were times after lindsay's solos that the arena was trembling from the applause/ stomping !!

as example of how GREAT the fans were, after the show my wife had to use the WC ( they actually charge EU.40 to use it LOL ) ... anyway she left her pocketbook in the stall, and did not realize this for 10 mins... we went back to the WC, expecting the worst... it was left at the 'counter'where you pay, with everything intact... hate to say this, but in USA,what would you expect the outcome to be ???

all i can say is it was a great show, great fans, and FM seemed to appreciate the love, they promised to return to belgium, and mick closed by telling us all to take care of one and another !!

Maybe that guy in the background stole one of Mick's red shoes.

When I first saw this one, I loved it for how natural Stevie seemed...real smile, normal body language, a staged hug, obviously, but she looks genuinely happy. It was refreshing to see a Fleetwood Mac candid that looked down to Earth.

Then I saw Mick in the background. I love this band.

This was my very first FM concert and I enjoyed every second of it.
I was sitting in the back with a frontal view of the stage, but how I wish I could have been sitting closer. I don't understand why they made this a seated concert (and why the seats are placed so far apart down there). They could have easily sold out the place with general admission.

But though people remained seated for the most part, the crowd was really into it, at least where I was sitting. After quite a few songs, people got on their feet to show their appreciation, stomping feet, loud applause. I got the impression FM were enjoying themselves too.

I was completely blown away by LB's guitar playing, and judging by the reaction from the crowd, I wasn't the only one.

I hope they do come out with a new CD and a new tour and that they visit this country again. I'd love to seem them live again.

Oh, this was grand. Lindsey decides to give her a full hug and his guitar semi-slams into her leg. (Will this become the Antwerp '09 incident?? Stay tuned...)

Oh, in her next interview with Jim Ladd, when he asks why she stopped wearing the boots with heels, she'll say it's because Lindsey banged into her leg with his guitar and her calf was too sore.

I have to save all of these Youtube versions of Sara, simply for the hug at the end.

LOL about Ladd. Good Lord, we'll never hear the end of it in the interviews. Wait until they do press for a new album. (Optimism talking). "Well, we were going to write after the tour but I had to go into therapy for my leg." "My bum hip was well until Antwerp when Lindsey slammed the guitar into my leg." "I'm 20 lbs. heavier because I can't get on my weight loss machine ever since Lindsey slammed his guitar into my leg on our European tour. I will never sing Sara again for that very reason. It was not fun." "I mean he said he was trying to hug me, but I felt stifled."

I'm in the 'Sara' youtube collectors club too...(surprise, surprise)
