Default Fun idea :P Ah well, we can wish I guess ;)

Well I could post every one of my favourite LB songs (which like the rest of you is pretty much all of them ) but there's some I would love to see live (and I still can't believe I'll get to see some via the Soundstage taping).

Down On Rodeo (only some of you mentioned this! It's at the top of my list for ones I'd kill to see live. Would especially love a full band version, with Stevie helping on vocals, and interaction. OK, so I've just overtaken this LB thread completely - eek).

I Know I'm Not Wrong <--- wish I could hear a live version of this. I thought it was done live on the Tusk tour?

Murrow <-- Argh I would never have entertained the possibility that Lindsey would attempt this masterpiece live - those lucky devils among you who saw it live at the taping!!

Red Rover <-- Was this actually done live at Soundstage??? Inconceivable! I can't imagine how.

Wear You Down - Love it! "I found out.."

Shuffle Riff for sure!

Soul Drifter does more for me live than studio so I'd be happy for him to do this one.

And in my perfect set list, scratch BLTH - stick to the original and best... You Do or You Don't.

Oh and this might sound strange but I've just though - I think I'd love to hear Empire State live. It has a great little outro that gets overlooked but could be bigger and better live. The studio somehow dampened that song but a live interpretation could be a rocking little number, much like EOTW is these days!

well, seteca, I must say your setlist looks very fluent and arty. To be honest, I would love to hear more of Go Insane live. But after the concerts I saw and the energy coming from him, I thought to make a setlist were he just has to rock out constantly.

do you think lindsey was thinking "well, that's a nice choice, let's do IKINW during the shed tour next summer? Or better, during the down under-tour?

because if he did, I'm gonna have to save some money..

A) If that is so, is there anyone outthere who has an MP3 from it? I'd really love to hear it. I never knew that he did this one live!

B) Yes, a very good suggestion. Overlooked, but a song with a lot of possibilities live, I agree.

Exclamation Hey!

Gerald, welcome back!!

I did the same thing, Seteca, when I read Gerald's list!

I may be the ONLY LB fan who doesn't think Down on Rodeo is that spectacular...it's not a bad song, just low on my list of faves.

*ducks to avoid tomato thrown by Joe*

Thanks christy, glad to be able to post again, I even tried to sign in as "packin'up" but now marty helped me straighten it out.

*ducking with you to avoid tomato thrown by Joe*, I actually hated DOR when I heard it the first couple of times. I must say I put it back on my gift of screws-MD and it is growing on me. And it is becoming quite a pretty song in my perception. But there are still so many tracks that aren't released from it that stand out more....

Hey and what about "my" setlist-opener? I always thought Turn It On was a great, great song. But nobody but me has that one on his/her wishlist.
I just love the positive energy from that song and I've always hoped to hear that song with a rocking rythmsession underneath it.....a great opener (but twist of fate would do, too, like christy said)

Wink Packin...er...shackin up...LOL

Well, thank goodness you got signed back in as shackin up...I like that screenname.

Well, speaking of hating it when you first heard it....I was that way with Turn It On. *ducks again* I didn't like the way he pronounced "on". LMAO!! I do like the song now, but it's not a fave of mine....kinda like DOR. I don't dislike or hate ANY LB songs, but there are bottom of the list songs, of course, it's that way for everyone.

Bottom of the list-ers:

Not That Funny
The Singer Not the Song
Gotta Get Away
Blue Turns to Grey (basically all Stones covers except She Smiled Sweetly. LOL)
Mary Lee Jones (*looks at lists and ducks AGAIN*)
What's the World Coming To
Bang the Drum
Turn It On
DOR
All My Sorrows

Exclamation LMAO!!!

*cleaning entire face*

I just thought of another song at the bottom...Try for the Sun...I seem to be the only person who doesn't care for it. The guitar playing is phenominal, but it just doesn't do it for me.

I think it's a beautiful song. With cleaned up vocals, it would be even better. The problem is, a lot of the vocals are burried so I could maybe see where it wouldn't a favorite. I really love it though!
