Well the version from Enchanted is basically a demo, just with some added instrumentation from other musicians to make it sound good. It's a great version! I'm just puzzled by the decision to record it again. Who knows? It might be one of the best songs on the new album.

This is true, but it does make two versions of the song given a proper release. But, I remember her saying that the placement of that song at the end of the movie caused her message to people to be lost, and that she wasn't too happy about that. Maybe in the Enchanted liner notes? I guess she really wants to drive her point home.

Sounds pretty good, I'll take it. I'm most excited about If You Were My Love, Blue Water, Twisted (yeah, even another version), and Belle Fleur.

Maybe she's saving some of the others for the Mac? Forsaken Love? PLEASE?!

Oh my gosh -SHE LOVES HIM STILL YES! Also thrilled about Starshine and several other choices, as well as the fact that there are a few surprises that we haven't heard before. As for poor Mabel Normand - well, I'll keep an open mind. At least there's no Gypsy Beggar.

I dreamed about the tracklist last night and most of the songs on it we had never heard of. I'm beginning to truly believe I'm at least partially psychic.

I've seen "Hard Advice" (which everyone assumed was a working title for "That Made Me Stronger," but evidently not) and "Carousel" on lists of uncirculated demos. No clue what "Lady" and "I Don't Care" could be.

It's a very unexpected tracklist, although some favorites are on it. I'm not entirely surprised by the absence of "Julia" and the Rhiannon songs. Thrilled that "If You Were My Love" made it.
