The Time tour wasn't exactly an artistic watershed. But it was a nice, cozy, low-key affair that was akin to hearing a clean, professional cover band in close proximity playing Fleetwood Mac material. It was more Zoo-like than any other Mac tour, & I have good memories from it. It was also, by far, the easiest opportunity to hang out with Mick & John & just chat with them, for those who like that sort of thing.

So I'm voting off the Say You Will tour, even though it remains the only tour when I've actually seen them.
I'm not sure what that says about you, Gaius, but it couldn't be good!

Say You Will tour. Too many extra musicians, without having Christine McVie (like on "The Dance").

Basically I got burned out watching the whole thing go on in 2003 and 2004; very little setlist changes, same speeches every night from Mr. Pretentiousness and same solos a 100+ times all over. Of course, had the Internet existed for all the public in 1987 and had I been a fan then, I might have had the same feelings about the Shakin' The Cage tour too. But right now I'd rather hear another version of Vito doing "Another Woman" than Buckingham playing the "Come" solo to the same effect for the nth time.

No kidding! It took TEN musicians to take her place!

Default Round 1: Time Tour

Dave Mason? Bekka Bramlett? What the f*ck were they thinking? An absolute blight on the FM legacy that should be put in its place- the nearest rubbish bin.

Neh. It doesn't matter, & I would hope most people are tired of that particular war. People will like what they like, & hate what they hate -- & if that doesn't pass for profundity in Lower Possomtrot, I'll eat my hat!

I just wish the people who impale Bekka or Dave or other unpopular members of Fleetwood Mac on their verbal pikes didn't often turn around & yell at others who do the same thing to Stevie or Lindsey or Christine or Peter. It's the double standard that wears one down.

As far as I'm concerned, there's nothing wrong with saying that one of the Macsters belongs in the rubbish bin -- but don't cry when somebody else says the same thing about your beloved favorite. If you dish it out, learn to take it in equal measure. If you've ever posted anything insulting about any member of the band, you're really in no position to criticize someone else for doing so.

Default Round 1 - Time Tour

I have nothing about Bekka or Dave or different FM incarnations (yes, even without Stevie), but to hear a boot form this tour was like visiting a dismissed ghost house. The mood was scarily depressing, IMO.

I commend you for your words of wisdom which might yet stave off retaliatory and devastating bombardments. My scales are gleaming in appreciation.

Then again feuds and flames are the most entertaining to read. Please take into consideration the deletion of your post.
