I would totally agree. Everything about the song is super. The vocals, the lyrics, the arrangement, the guitar solo...even Mick's ripped off drum parts. I think the Rumours version and the version on The Dance are the two best ones.

This is like the greatest Fleetwood Mac song ever. And I don't think theres anyway it could sound bad, unless lindsey "Big Loves" it.

I love the soundstage version only because of the drums at the very end of the song.

Mirage Tour Video version of GYOW...just plain excellence...Lindsey really nails it...

"Tell me why, EVERYTHING TURNED AROUND...packing up, shacking up's all you wanna do...if I could, BABY I'D *GIVE* *YOU* *MY* *WORRRRLDDD*, open up, everything's waiting for YOU!"

I also enjoy Stevie's part in the last verse. It's my absolute favorite live performance of this song...just wish the last guitar solo was longer.

for some reason, Go Your Own Way has managed to hold it's own over the years - despite ridiculous over playness on the radio. I can't say the same for Don't Stop. But yes, it's a great song. Even people who don't like the band seem to like Go Your Own Way. For me I guess I stopped really listening a long time ago because I know it so well. It's not as interesting as Dreams but it certainly is right up there with the best rock songs ever.

I agree, though the Mirage version is so raw and La Nicks looks so stunning and vulnerable it I just want to cry. They were so on each other that night(s).

When you do - let me know where? I have looked at Future Shop, Sam the Record Man, and WalMart - no luck.

As for GYOW - I never get tired of it. I always blast it when I hear it on the radio, and it always makes me feel good. I have grown tired of many an overplayed FM and/or SN song, but for some reason, this song endures. A true classic.

And I love the lyrics, because they are so true.

However, I am becoming bored with the live versions of late. Lindsey's soundstage version was pretty blah to me.

I think this song is one of, if not, the best Fleetwood Mac song ever. Just because everything it represents and it's just such a rocken song. It's the song that the radio stations always play, because "it" is Fleetwood Mac.

I know this has probably been discussed to death, but too bad
I honestly like the Dance version the best.

I wish they played it more on the radio over here, instead we always get Everywhere. I love GYOW. I do think though that it is one of the few songs that I prefer on the album rather than live. Some live versions come very close though.

What about Best Buy? Has it even been released here? If I find it, I will let you know.

Live In Boston is the best version....the ending is to die for.

This song never gets old to me, either.
