They already have most of an album put together from the Lindsay, Mick, and John sessions; three of which wound up on EP. They need Stevie to contribute 3 songs and vocals, Christine 3 songs and vocals, and there is the final Mac album. After Christine visited the U.S., Mick said she was inspired to write again. It's not that far-fetched to think, and hope, this is their final swan song and something is going to come out of this!

I want to say Yes. But I'd be lying if I said I believe there's a chance of any album, so I went with "there's not going to BE a "next FMac album".

This causes too much pain to speculate at this point. Basically, (I believe) there will only be another FM record if Christine was on board. And for her do that there would have to be at the very very least a small full-fledged FM (Rumours era) reunion tour to promote that record and cash in on that event. |

Maybe Christine could be persuaded to join a small tour if they could promise her that flying would be minimal, but I highly doubt it.

yup, applebucked and i came up with the tour Christine should be able to agree on, if they don't fly - do a few european festivals, some UK dates, followed by that "tour of interesting places" in Europe they've never been to yet that Mick has been mentioning.

Maybe this is what Christine needed... to go away from the band for a long time (like Lindsey did) and come back feeling refreshed. Who knows what the future holds?

I was thinking the same thing today. He was gone for about 10 years, and she was absent for about 15... She earned more vacation time than he had...

^Yeah. She did the whole Maui thing with Mick... and now this? Maybe she's just easing herself back into the bathtub that is Fleetwood Mac for one last hurrah? She might not be at peace with the way it ended with them before.

No chance of another FM record. No chance of Chrizzle McVizzle recording with FM again.
