I do sort of think it is. Or at least I think all the signs point to it being a great way to go out...

I'd venture to guess this might be her last solo album of original material. I'm sure we're in for another greatest hits album in our future and/or some sort of standards covers. Which could be cool. Still love listening to her belt out At Last.

I voted no, because we have no idea. I remember several years ago I asked if Stevie would ever tour again solo (this was before I had seen her) and more people than not said her touring solo headlining days were done. So we really have no idea.

I really hope not but if I got one more FM album I'd be ok. I got in this game kind of late (becoming a fan about 10-12 years ago) and I'm happy with what I get. With all the hype this album is creating I've got a feeling this is going to be a great year for us fans.

I believe that this will be the last Stevie Nicks album proper .It is probably 50/50 that there will be another Fleetwood Mac album of all new material .If so that will be their last as well IMO.

I tend to think that if it bombs, she'll not record anymore. At least not original material. But if the album either is a commercial success or if she lands a Grammy for it, she might just keep on recording. In fact, if the album wins a Grammy and it doesn't do too badly on the charts, she might just be empowered by the situation and decided to become more active. However if it bombs and she receives no industry recognition, we might as well give up.

Agreed! I don't think Stevie sees this as being her last album, so I think it depends on what happens with the album that will determine her recording future. If the album bombs and she gets no recognition, then this will confirm her fears of the internet ruining the music industry and she will have no motivation to release any new material. However, if it is successful, I think it will restore her faith in the industry and she may put another one out somewhere down the line. Another thing that will play a key role in it is what she does to keep busy for the next few years.

Originally, Stevie wasn't going to do this one. It's her swan song. She'll go out on top, hopefully winning a Grammy and a place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Dave has already brought it too Stevie's attention that they only have recorded a few of her poems and that she never has to write another song. I'm sure that was hint for them to work together some more. He appreciates her and seems to get her. The only way I think she'll record another album is if he convinces her too.

By the way, I said to this poll, but if Dave tours with Stevie I cannot see them NOT writing songs during the tour.

I fear you may just be right. I keep hoping this whole positive experience will stir Stevie's creative juices and keep her going, though.

We haven't heard Dave talk about that in a long time... and I don't think we've ever heard anything from Stevie about them touring together. My guess is Stevie's management axed that idea .

I think Stevie would have something to say about that. She didn't listen to management when she made this new album.

I just think that it is funny that people always think that it is the end, ...AND IT NEVER IS.
