Yes I agree.I seen her live a couple of times in town here .To bad the organizers didn't call her in to join the group Or they tried .I'm still pissed because Dolly was not there. She was part of Trio.

I wonder if there was scheduling conflicts with the two.

The Rock and roll Hall Of Fame/Museum official youtube channel posted their video of Stevie's performance of It's So Easy.
She sounds GREAT.

I read that during the making of Trio, Dolly and Linda didn't get along, and that is I guess why the next Trio CD was only a duo (Linda and Emmylou). I love Dolly, but I had the weirdest feeling when I was watching a concert of hers on TV a while ago. A famous guitar player from another band (Richie Sanbora or whatever his name is from Bon Jovi) was a special guest, and the whole time he was on stage, it seemed like Dolly did everything she could to be in control of him and the situation. I know that she is a very shrewd business woman and I love some of her music, but she may also have this very controlling side which has worked to her advantage in a lot of ways but which may also not endear her to other folks at certain times.

My 2 cents.

Kevin

Stevie is so unbelievably cute in this video... Just seeing her with this kind of energy brings a smile to my face. Especially her eye widen at 2:07... Reminds me of around 4:54 in the 1981 Roxy performance of GDW: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TnYQxhIfGtk
