Check out the Rumours documentary. She said she recorded it with a gun to her head because she really, really loved Silver Springs and was POed when Mick said it wasn't making the album. Even though she wrote IDWTK, it's obvious that Silver Springs was the masterpiece, and I would have been madder than an FM fan being told to sit down at a concert if I was in Stevie's boots.

It's kinda ironic that IDWK is considered the "filler" of the album, and on the "Legacy", it's the best remake.

Well, I could say the same thing to you in reverse--I LOVE Oh, Daddy. It's very dark and middle eastern sounding and IMHO, one of Chris' best songs EVER. I didn't like IDWTK from the very first time I heard it. It's not a bad song, it's just a nothing bleh song to these ears.

I'm going to have to vote for Oh Daddy. This is a tough call!

I LOVE I Don't Want to Know! I don't think it can be compared to Silver Springs; it's a different kind of song. In fact, I was shocked to find out that Stevie wrote it! It seems more like a Lindsey kind of song. As for SS being left off Rumours, it seems the song found it's rightful place, time, and sound on The Dance. It's how it was meant to be

Yes, they are. My vote is "oh daddy". And BTW, I'm gunnin' for "The Chain" to go all the way. That way "every member" of the band will get the big pot Oh, plus I loveitsomuch.
