I was just watching the '77 live video of "Go Your Own Way," because it cracks me up, and it gave me an idea for what might be a fun thread.

The video cracks me up because Stevie just looks so damn grumpy at Lindsey. I think it might have something to do with the fact that they were breaking up during the recording of Rumours, which was a very intense and difficult time for everyone, and "Go Your Own Way" was about Stevie?

I've only heard the story about 700 times, so I can't really authenticate its veracity (has anyone else heard about this? care to share your learnings?), but it seems plausible enough. I mean, check out time marker 0:06, hand on hip, perfunctory tambo smacking. Oh my, was that an eyeroll I spy at about 1:14? The further tambo smacking at 1:41 reminds me of Will Ferrell playing the cowbell in a rather menacing fashion at the other dude in the classic Blue Oyster Cult skit on SNL (here's that video - I refer to the bit that starts at 3:19 - for anyone that hasn't seen it).

Anyway, post your favorite examples of Stevie & Lindsey being drama queens, from those death glares she has a habit of shooting at him to snooty things either of them have said in interviews.

When i think about dirty looks and such i always think of Blue Letter on the Mirage concert video. Lindsey looks so p***ed off here ( he might just be knackered!) However i love the start where Christine is mouthing the words makes me smile everytime, i'd love to know what she was thinking!

This may not be exactly "if looks could kill" stares but they are still stares, or looks, or something, maybe just a good excuse for you to watch one of my favorite videos.
Okay, so around 1:12 and 1:48ish she gives Lindsey a look...kind of an "eat **** but I'm cute as pie" look as I'd like to call it tonight. Okay, then at 1:29, no stare but she's singing along behind Lindsey, it's so freaking cute! Then starting at 3:30 we get some dancing boob action. Just watch it.

Those eyes in Silver Springs couldn't be more deadly if they had lasers shooting out of them.

I think it's the fact that Lindsey engages with her and doesn't ignore her anger that really makes it so explosive. Thanks for posting it, I haven't seen it in ages and it's a real pleasure!
