I think it's just a weird picture/angle, I know I have a few of those pics where I barely look like myself. The other Instagram pics from that day look a lot more natural, imo.

The picture didnt come up. Stevie has publicly given her thoughts on botox. She said she did it once and didnt like it, so wouldn't have it done again. xx

No, it's just a weird angle I think. If it were something cosmetic it wouldn't be botox anyway - it'd be like a major facelift or eye lift.

Stevie looks beautiful for her age, and with all that drug abuse I thought she had so much plastic surgery done, haha.

I love how down to earth that is. "Yeah I did it once but didn't like it." LOL most artists make such drama about "have they done plastic surgery or not?!". God, I love her. xD

maybe not botox, but she's definitely got fillers. whoever she goes to does a much better job than most celebs, but fillers are the non-invasive procedure of choice…. plumps everything up.

She did say she had Botox (I think it was sometime around the SYW tour) and that she hated the way it made her look, so she'd never do it again.

I'm curious to see a pic of this though...I don't remember her face looking drastically different at any point around that time.

She has had some things done to her face. But she has done it the right way. Very subtle. You are not supposed to say...look that person had plastic surgery. When done the right way, its not so blatent.

I think this is from when she had botox. I read somewhere where she said it gave her evil eyebrows. I think she looks beautiful here but yeah, like she's the evil anti-Stevie. Sort of like on Bewitched when Samantha's cousin Serena would show up. All Stevie needs here is a black wig.

Is that right after Live in Boston? On that DVD her skin looks unnaturally smooth and lifted for her age. I wouldn't be surprised if that was recorded right after the botox.

She has gone on the record that that concert DVD was indeed when she had botox.

As for the original picture, she certainly is rocking that I-Am-A-Cat-But-Also-Human-Somehow look that comes with a lot of plastic surgery, but I do agree that it's probably just the angle of the photo. Otherwise we'd probably see it more often. Not to say she hasn't had any other work done, however. Just because she disliked botox doesn't mean all other procedures are off the table for her.
