Sad to see that BATB is not on the DVD...at least we get the CD but I'd love to SEE it. If we can see it, we can hear it.

What's with only putting 10 songs on the CD... Could have fit more.

I looked on amazon and couldn't find this info - where'd you find it?

Again, Gold Dust Woman misses a CD. It wasn;t played on the Tusk tour for the live album, it was a freaking highlight of The Dance, LIB and Soundstage and didnt make the CD of any of them. That one ommision seriously pisses me off. I want Gold Dust Woman live to be on an audio CD.

The dance version is on most of the dance single CDs ala silver springs. its easy to find.

I whish we could SEE Beauty and the Beast also. i bet its an issue with the rights to the film clips. but soo glad it made it on the CD. at least the CD is stuff that hasnt really been around alot. ie, crash, if annyone falls, howstill my love, Beauty and the beast. ect. and i am actually wanting to SEE dreams in the soundstage preformance as well, cause i am still impressed with this when i watch. which is still frequently!! Right, I forgot that one. I do own that Cd too. OK so at least I can die knowing GDW live is officially on CD, but thats far from my favorite version. Phoenix could you direct me where I might get that Dance version.

Where is Beauty and the Beast? If it is not on the new DVD I am going to be so upset!!! That is one of the most breathtaking performances I have ever seen! Why would that not be included? If it is something to do with the film rights, I wish there was a way they could work around that, like close ups on Stevie, moving around the screen, ext...

I have the PBS version but I'm still excited about getting this.
I also wish the DVD included Beauty And The Beast, in fact it was
the song I looked most forward to. Sometimes I think they leave
off certain songs to include them on other versions, like with this
CD & DVD release. They know us fans will have to buy both.

The other information I didn't have time to write earlier today was
pretty much just the same old biography & discography info. If it's
needed, I'd be glad to post it.

BTW, the price on both was just the suggested retail price. I'm sure
it will be easy to find it at a better price.

BTAB is what I was looking forward to having on DVD the most, too, but I'll settle for just CD, I guess.

Her Red Rocks performance of BTAB is my all-time favorite version, but the way she does it now is also so beautiful to me - bawled like a damn baby when I saw her do it live in Reading, even if I had to contend with some greasy Charlie Manson lookalike blaring "I can't believe she's 60! I'd still hit it!" every 5 seconds in my ear. Le sigh.

Personally, they really should've released the whole concert on cd and the whole concert on dvd....there's room for it...no excuses to me....I don't care what the reason....its a crying shame really.....esp when the cds/dvds can fit it all.....IMO anyway......

That's a pretty rich price for a 10 track cd!

If this is in fact legitimate, since no source for the information is provided... I think it's great that Dreams and makes the DVD....

The orchestral version of Landslide should be good... They shot that AFTER the audience left the studio...

As for Beauty & The Beast - I thought they also filmed two versions of that song, one with the screening of the movie in the back, and one without... I'll have to look for the setlist,I have it somewhere...
