Default Oh yeah!

This is surprising and great news - They must be aware of the love for the song and the requests for it to be back in the setlist. Perhaps Lindsey has even started thinking about the best way to revitalise it for the stage

Hmmmm...I'll believe it when I hear it! I mean he might say yes but he has to convince Stevie and she always said it didn't transfer well. Personally I can do without Sara and would much rather hear SOTM

I think Lindsey could do a brillant job arranging this without so much emphasis on the piano. I just feel that with Christine gone and someone else doing her part they might not do justice to the song. Plus, i've never liked anyone else's piano playing except for Christine's on that song...Lindsey should do some nice acoustic work. I'll talk to him about it

Whoever said above "i'll believe it when i see it..." i'm there with ya! I've been waiting 16 years (first Stevie or FM show) to see and hear this song live...everytime i went to a show the same old thing "i wonder if they'll do 'sara'?" i gave up after the goods weren't delivered during the Dance tour. = (

And, i think SOTM is permanently retired...if she doesn't want to do "Sara" (and i say "want" because if she really wanted to she could find a way to do it....i think Stevie's personally bored with the song) and that song was a MAJOR hit for them i doubt she'd do an album track from the same record...This may be a good thing too (about SOTM)...i don't think i'd like hearing it a la calmer Stevie of today.

Pip, ITA!! As much as I love "Sara", I'd MUCH rather hear Sisters of the Moon, ANYDAY! Especially on stage. (Of course, Lindsey would just HAVE to sing the "I'd like to wrap her in velvet" part! LOL!)

Well, I would like to hear both SOTM as well as Sara-I can name quite a few other songs (mostly Buckingham Nicks tunes) that I would like to hear as well. However I am not counting any chickens!

The only ray of hope I see in these songs being played live is the void they have to fill w/ Chris's absence. As many songs as they could pull out of their hat that we haven't heard live (in a long time anyways) I think Sara is at the end of that list!UNFORTUNATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm with you Pip.. I'll believe it when I hear it! I love Sara and would absolutely be thrilled if they did it on the next tour, but unfortunately, I don't think it will make it. I would love to hear SOTM! Again, I don't think it will make it either. I sure hope I am wrong an possibly both songs are added.. that would rock!

I don't really think they'll add many old songs to the setlist that they haven't already been playing in resent years... As much as I want to see SOTM (and I'll keep praying), it probably won't happen *cries*. Sara would be nice to see, but it really wouldn't bother me if they didn't play it.

On the topic of Chris.... I think that the void will be filled with mostly songs from the new album.... since they keep saying it will most likely be a double album, they will have ALOT of new songs to pick from. And I'm really looking forward to the new songs!

Silversprings8, I posted something about this on the Stevie Nicks forum. Since the Tusk tour, Fleetwood Mac and Stevie solo have not really added that many new songs from the albums because they are scared to. Stevie has said that the reaction to too many new songs during Rumours was bad...people wanted to hear more familiar songs apparently. Stevie thought she was being REALLY, and I mean REALLY bold by doing 6 new songs on the TISL tour, one which ended up being dropped and another played through half the tour. I don't expect more than 6 new songs, regardless of how many songs are on the album.

Makes sense! I've never read anything about that before... thanks for the info. I personnally wouldn't mind either way... lots of old songs.... lots of new songs.... doesn't matter to me, as long as I get to see them!

Seeing as this will most likely be their last tour, and almost definitely their last "worldwide" tour, I wouldn't be surprised if we saw a MEGA, and awesome, set-list......full of new songs, and packed full of the classics aswell. I have a feeling both Sara AND Sisters Of The Moon will be played........
