I'm a beer girl all the way. And no dark fancy real beer for me either - gimme a domestic ale or pilsner. Labatt Blue Light is my usual, Michelob or Bud Light will do if necessary. Least faves are MGD, Coors Light & anything in the Piels/Busch/Milwaukee's Best realm. Oh, I do like Amstel Light, but that's about as dark/bitter as I can tolerate. Sierra Nevada Pale Ale is OK too, but I have to sip it & have a glass of water nearby - so what's the point?

I'll drink most of the new malt beverages - Mike's Hard Lime is a fave. I like wine, but I like cheap wine without much kick - Berringer white zin will do. Frozen margaritas with salt are yummy, as are Mudslides. As far as mixed drinks, White Russians or Fuzzy Navels are about all I can handle - and only 1 or 2 of either. My stomach can't tolerate a lot of hard liquor, I'll have heartburn for days. And nooooooooo shots. I don't like them, they make me ill, and I get drunk way too fast.

I voted wine since I love it, wine itself and all the culture around it. But I like vodka whisky vewry much too. Tequila was a favorite for several years, too

I like Mimosas. I don't drink that much but a Mimosa on Mother's Day is about as crazy as I get with the drinking

I seriously don't get how anyone drinks any of this ****. I can barely tolerate wine, but I can't pretend it doesn't taste like I'm drinking Cherry Nyquil. As for the rest of it...good god. I'd just as soon wrap my lips around a gas pump and guzzle some Super Unleaded. Because that's what this **** tastes like.

You, evidently, have not had a good drink made for you.

I had a great grape daquiri weekend. A jigger of rum, lime juice - about a tablespoon - a dash of simple syrup and about three tablespoons grape juice. Shaken with four ice cubes (I am meticulous about coctails). Pour into small rocks glass and enjoy thoroughly.

Gosh, I love liquor.

I like to drink, too, but alcohol is actually kind of a pain in the bun, drug wise. After a few, you pretty much can't do anything too useful. Unless you consider dancing "useful". Then there's the thing where you could quite possibly be half out of commission the next day, as well.
There are definitely more "productive" drugs to be had.

I don't do "drugs" anymore and I've been trying to drink less.. but there really isn't a better buzz than getting stoned off some headies and sipping back on some Amber ale in the middle of the day. Afternoon buzz during the summer = perfect day.

Tastes like a dreamsicle(sp?), or a less sweet orange soda.
