Yes, I meant that that jacket in particular isn't present in any other shot. Maybe it's more correct to call it a bolero.
It's the black version of this one she wore more often during the Mirage tour:

yes they are the same style, but other than the fringe at the end of the sleeves they are totally different styles. The first one has burned velvet and netting and the second one is solid sequins, and wasn't fitted or closed. Fashion minutiae I know.

maybe one of her assistants can pull these up from the evil interweb and remind her she once dressed in color and some older ones too , to show her she varied her style nightly

I have to compliment you again for your fine eye about womens' style.
Yes, the embellishments and the embroidery are different, while the cut and the fringes are exactly the same, but the bolero isn't closed in one case, see here the joints:

Often the various outfits had the same cut (or very similar) but differed in the details.
For example the skirts during Mirage have the same cut but very different patterns:

Not sure if this has been posted already. If it has, let me know and I'll take it down. https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com...4bcfc47367.jpg

Here:

Don't worry, there's no need to take anything down ever. That is actually one of my favourite photos of Stevie and, before Tumblr took down her site, Danielle had an amazing larger high quality version of that. Maybe Goldduststevie has it too?
