Cool, Maybe the label was late shipping the autographed booklets to newbury (Which could be an answer to the "the record label was unable to provide the signed booklets for this promotion" issue) and those who havent canceled their orders MAY still receive the autographed booklets.

I got a cd from Newbury Comics today, but it was not autographed. They sent an invoice with it and it said it came with "1 autographed CD Booklet" priced at $0.00 and 1 CD priced at $16.99. But the package only contained the unautographed cd.

No, because although I never got an email from them telling me they couldn't fulfill the order, I was wondering if they sent it out and it got caught in my spam filter or something. If so, maybe they felt my silence was their permission to send just the CD. I don't know . . . I guess I'll email.

Hi!
Newbury contacted me-after I emailed them about what was going on and they said they had a VERY limited amount of signed books- way less than they originally wanted- so only certain people received them. Dont know if that was determined on a first come first serve basis or what. But- my CD came- no book.
