Default Stevie surprise appearances at Tom Petty shows

I noticed there is a gap in Stevie's tour dates
that coincide with Tom Petty's first two big Hollywood Bowl dates in September. I'm hoping that means she'll show up for a few songs since it's the end of the Heartbreakers last big tour.

Thoughts?

I went to two of those shows, and for both shows "a special guest" was announced beforehand. I don't think this has happened for this coming tour, which I'm also going to, but maybe they really want it to be a surprise this time. But if you check out the setlist from other shows on the tour, she hasn't appeared, though maybe that was just because of scheduling conflicts. Anyway, obviously I hope that she does. Seeing Insider live was a real thrill. I can let you know about the Berkeley show in September.

Well, check the setlistst more accurate then :-)

They shared the stage three weeks ago in London's Hyde Park. Since they were both performing that sunday. They did SDMHA together. We were all expecting more songs, but this was it.

Why do they never sing I Will Run to You?

I know I Will Run to You was never a single, but I really love it. You can tell Tom Petty wrote that song specifically for Stevie. Besides Stop Dragging My Heart, it would be incredible to hear/see them perform I Will Run to You, Insider, and Needles and Pins, too.
