Default Best Buy Christine interview

Since the Chris forum has been very quiet this week, I thought I'd post another interview. This is from that Best Buy promo CD during The Dance period in 1997. This isn't exactly rare, but maybe there are a few people who still haven't heard it.

Thanks very much for posting the interview. I hadn't heard it, and really enjoyed it. Listening to it is almost like sitting in her parlor listening to her talk in that wonderful voice of hers.

No doubt this forum is quiet because she hasn't done or said anything lately (that I know of, anyway). I'd say it's her own fault, except that I'm sure she doesn't care a whit.

She hasn;t done much, indeed, but here's a fantasy: she goes into the studio to cut renditions of standards, some old classic tunes--just her and the piano!

It'd be easy to do and it'd be marvelous. She could even throw a Christmas one in there, just for holiday sales. lol.

And, if she didn't want to go to all the trouble of releasing an entire album, she could sell the tracks by offering them as downloads from her website.

Let's build on that fantasy: Stevie Nicks travels to Kent and she and Chris record a Christmas album in Chris' home studio. Maybe not so far fetched, since they were friends for decades. Would you buy the CD?

That 'ouse at the end of...what does she say? I can't remember, but I adore that interview. I have it on an ancient mixed cd somewhere. Didn't all members do those interviews? I know I have Stevie's interview on that same mixed cd wherever it may be...a true Phoenician, ya know. Yes, I'm floating back into the forum.

That 'ouse at the end of the village there? is that what she said?

yeah all 5 of them did interviews. John's was actually really cute also, the one where he gave Molly the microphone for her camp talent show and told her it was stevie's-- so she could do Rhiannon. 'The long version!'

Yes! At the end of the village there. I've never heard the other interviews...only the ladies. I should really find that mixed cd and start labeling things like that.

Of course I'd buy it. I'll buy anything with Christine McVie on it.
