Default Hold Me Outtake

Here is a Mirage outtake....Hold Me. Lindsey isn't on this track at all. And, the lyrics are different from the album version. Maybe it was a demo. I think Christine piano fans are going to like this.

It's certainly one of my favorites!

I don't think it's a demo, per se. I think it was done in studio--it has that ambience. Mick on drums, John on bass, Christine on a single piano track, no electric piano yet. She sounds as if she were laying down vocals in isolation, & trying to finalize the lyric & the style.

I don't believe I've heard this before. I'm really enjoying her vocal and the alternate lyrics. Thanks.

I think this version is almost better than the one that ended up on the album ("hold me, hold me, hold me like a good man should...." I just *love* those lyrics!)

I've heard this demo a million times, but thanks for sharing it with those who havent!

First time I've heard this. The lyrics make a bit more sense, but I have to adimt that I prefer the finished version (I'm weird, I know).

Interesing. I'm not sure if I like it or not yet. I'll have to have another listen.
