Texas Chainsaw Massacre (original version) - still great fun! I loves me a bit of slice 'n dice!

Interview With The Vampire - at long last saw it from start to finish, always only seen bits of it before.

Columbiana
This chick could give Jason Bourne
a run for his money. Only three things
can trip her up - monkey jumping,
unexplained superhero powers, and cgi sharks
.

Puss In Boots
Looks good, sounds good...
but boring.

It wasn't horrible by any means.
I just didn't really care for it.

The one thing that did make me
laugh was the cat that put it's paw
in front of his face and said something
like "ohhhhhhhh". That was funny.

The Art Of Getting By
Boring. Young love and motivation,
it needed more.

Well I did want to watch The Road today, as I have it reserved at my College Library. But the only copy is at the campus library on the other side of the City. I am NOT schlepping my bum all the way there for something I can watch on the internet for free. If I enjoy it I WILL buy it. But I'm tempted to say that I will, because Viggo Mortensen is a fine actor.

That is a tough movie to watch.

Hugo
I really looked forward to this one.
Didn't quite live up to the hype.

The Graduate
Does anyone think Benjamin (Hoffman)
was dating his half-sister?

I'd never thought about that angle before.
Hmm...

It's not a movie... but I got sucked into watching the entire Season 1 of Homeland on Showtime. Wow, what an awesome show! This is despite Claire Danes doing her "ugly cry" face every other minute.

LOVED THIS!! Homeland is incredible! I can only hope Season 2 stands up to the first season.

I finally got around to watching the Scorsese documentary "George Harrison: Living In The Material World". What a beautiful man, and an artistic & spiritual inspiration his life was. I was enthralled through the whole 3+ hours of footage.

Also saw the movie "A Separation", a riveting peek into modern Iran's justice and social issues. The movie kept me on egg-shells. Highly recommend!

Fright Night (the new remake)... I didn't hate it like I expected to. In fact it was quite entertaining, and a bit scary. 7/10

Eastern Promises
The Road - Bloody depressing but I really enjoyed it. I like a movie that isn't afraid to be as dark as it needs to be.
