Houston pics!!!

OH-MY-GOD- those are a-frickin-mazing!!! My favorite is the stevie-as-a-bat-from-the-back. How did you get those? Seriously, I want to take pics at mine but have never before. Do you have time to write a quick lesson? Camera you used, etc, technique. Geezus!!!! Stellar photographic performance by you!!! What, were you in Lindsey's pocket when you took those????

Yes, I was in Lindsey's pocket...GREAT place to be, BTW!!! I'm short enough to be there.

I have a Konica 5.0 Megapixel, 3X optical zoom camera. I love it, it's tiny and easy to use. I took some videos too, and I'll try to get someone to host them or something...perhaps Nancy or Neil...or both or whatever. LOL

I'm a horrible photographer, those photos were God's hands....seriously, because I cannot take great pix. LOL

Technique? Point and shoot. Really, that's all I did, waited for that perfect pose and CLICK!

uh, is there a flash involved (I know NOTHING about cameras) and, didn't you have to sneak it in, cause they don't allow cameras, right? How'd you do it?

I only used a flash for the Lindsey drinking pic....otherwise, I waited for great lighting. Stevie doesn't like when flashes go off in her face (don't blame her), so I always turned it off for every pic.

In Dallas, they didn't even really check for cameras, I opened my purse and she took a VERY quick glance. In Houston, they wanted me to open my purse, wallet, etc...but they didn't see the camera pouch, THANK GOD!!! Good luck with the pix!!!

There just seems to be so much more light on the stage than there was in Australia - was Houston an open-air venue? The natural light would explain it. I don't see why they'd change the actual lighting design at this stage. I like the sort of dappled/starry lighting effect for the GDW poses
And yeah, that last one is rather bizarre :P

It's an outdoor venue. I always tried to wait for lots of light, so I didn't have to use the flash. Lots of people took pics with a flash, even tho Stevie doesn't like it. Smirnoff and the Cynthia Woods Pavillion are similar.
