So, the happy story ended.
I remember I wrote about a relationship I started a few days (or months, I don't remember...), but that is now history.
I discovered that I really want something more serious, and this girl only wanted everything secretly. I was so tired to go to some place to kiss and nothing else. I simply stopped it, and now I'm so happy, really.
But wait! I'm not sad. I suppose is a part of the experience you gain. But I know one thing: I don't want to see her anymore, and I can say that if it was experience, it was a very bad one.
I'm so busy with my family and with the university, so I think I must have more important things in my head. And music, of course!! I'm still writing lyrics, but not music. Maybe in the future I'll be searching for chords to complete them!
Regards!
Mark.

I don't know you, Mark. But I heard someone say recently that the best possible response to any bad situation is "make good art". And I agree. Glad to hear that you're writing and being
creative. That's the best thing you can do.

My family is coming to visit from Canada for the first time this summer! I'm kind of excited, as I've always gone home to do the visiting, but I have to admit I enjoyed the compartmentalization of my "England life" and my "Family life". They were very separate things and I've grown used to that. It'll be exciting to have everyone and everything come together, in a way. I just hope it turns out as well as I hope.

Hi Dex, and thanks!! I really appreciate your answer. And after some very hard tests for the university, I'll be playing again.
Regards and thanks again!

Graduated with my Master's in Library and Information Science on Sunday (Mother's Day). What a hectic day it was! Moving out of my dorm and graduating! But woo-hoo!

SadAngel86, that is so fantastic! Well done you!

I can't imagine anything more exciting (and perhaps nerve-racking). How are you feeling?

I'm so proud of you for attending and graduating from college and for being a fan of FM at your age.

Woah, a fellow GSLIS person on the Ledge? Never thought I'd see that! I graduated from the LEEP program in 2007. Congrats!

I am doing well. It's been an interesting couple of days, with unpacking all my stuff and reorganizing my room (almost done, but at least it's somewhat back to normal!). Glad I could see the kittens again since I had missed them so much!

The bruises I got when I fell while walking around with my parents have healed somewhat. I stepped in a crack and the heel on my sandal tuned wrong and I fell.

I'm so looking forward though to my first FM concert on June 14th with my mom! Will be a dream come true and will be crossing it off my bucket list!

Why thank you, vivfox! I'm 26 now, will be 27 in August but I was a fan briefly back in 1997 when The Dance came out and can remember watching it constantly.

I was watching it again recently and it sparked a much bigger interest in the band which led me to here and also to discover LB's solo work which I love! He's next on my list to see live!

A college kid gave me his entire country & western CD collection. It filled an 18 gallon container.

Can I be nosey and ask why he did that, vivfox? I'm just really curious! What a brilliant thing to have happen. I hope you enjoy at least some of them. Unless you don't like Country music, of course! In which case, this kid made a terrible mistake.

He uploaded them all to his computer and then downloaded them to various small music sources. He has no more need for compact discs. I haven't looked at them yet. I told my massage therapist that I wanted to give country music a try, so I guess the universe decided I was the right person to give them to. Next year when I have a yard sale I'll sell the ones I don't want.
