Before Ticketmaster and the internet , I had to go to Ticketron by ordering on the phone.A couple of times I had my mother and sister work the phones when the tix went on sale since I was at work.I got great seats then.

I cant recall if it was any better then now.Tix were cheap and I dont recall of any drops then.

Back then the concert tix were about the price of a tee goes for today.

Also It was a pain in the a$$ then finding out when Stevie or FM and other of my favorite artists were touring. No internet then and had to call radio stations and listen for info on a 20 minute concert update recording which took about 3 tries to get all the info on the dates and times of the shows.

RollingStone was another good source then.
