This is precisely why I am waiting to buy a ticket until after the tour begins.

That was a load of crap. Stevie, you've got some splainin' to do! Lindsey, Christine, Mick and John have my full permission to move on with Fleetwood Mac.

I'm sure it's what the show wanted and honestly, it might have been best for her in terms of publicity. She NEVER fails to nail "Landslide," and her softer singing voice comes across better on TV. Rockers like "Stand Back" for some reason just don't translate as well. She sang the song that will make America think, "She's still got it."

No doubt she's a national treasure, but she doesn't always have to rest her laurels in her FM catalogue. She could've sang our beloved you tube Wild Heart and promoted something for her new tour. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

Thanks for explaining. I didn't realize when that photo was taken. Also, thanks to Danielle for posting the performance.

At this point every show INSISTS she sing Landslide since it's her classic so they can be the last one to say she performed it LIVE. BORING!

Not boring. Not lazy. Smart for TV and the general public who know her for Landslide. That's it.

Of COURSE we'd rather see something different, but most mediocre fans are just fine with Landslide.
I hope she does at least 6 new songs with her tour though.

I find it interesting that everyone was hoping she'd perform something from 24KG. Has no one paid attention to these interviews from the past week? She's only just now working on a set list. They haven't even started rehearsals yet.

It makes absolute sense she'd do something from her back catalog. And even more sense that she chose "Landslide" because all she needed was Waddy and not the full band, some of which are still on tour with other artists.

Personally, I thought she looked and sounded great. However, I could do without that melody change she does on the final two "I'm getting older too" lines. She's been singing it like that for the past five years now. It just doesn't sound right and kind of takes you out of the song.

Yes, just a quick search on twitter will show dozens and dozens of people going "Stevie sang the first note of Landslide and my mom was in tears" and "Stevie sang my favorite song" or "Stevie sang the song I danced to with my father".

So yeah, it's just smart. Not lazy.

And yes agreed, it's not lazy for her to perform this song, it's smart.

She looks amazing. And as to the pic of her without makeup, wow! She looks incredible. Honestly, the same as she did years ago.

she looks fantastic with the minimal makeup.

I know us Stevie fanatics can't fathom this but the current general public have little if any idea about a deep track, 30 plus year old song called Wild Heart. The number of fans on this site will fill a fraction on the seats for sale. The general public will fill the rest. Hence Landslide
