Default What has made the band more money?

The 20 million plus in worldwide album sales from Rumours or their massive arena tours of this century where most tickets are over 100 dollars? I don't have enough knowledge of the industry to know this. And obviously there's the whole inflation issue. But has been a more profitable time for fleetwood Mac. Their recent high priced very well selling tours, or the insane success of rumours.

Well, for the non-writers Mick and John, definitely the tour. The writers made a lot more than them.

My guess is they've made more money since 1997 than they have all prior years combined. Yes, Rumours sold tens of millions worldwide, but artists only get paid pennies per album sold. Touring is the most pure form of cashflow musicians have. The majority of the money from ticket sales goes straight into their pockets. There's no doubt these guys still get fat album royalty checks, but touring is what's really lining their pockets. And 1997/onward ticket prices will end up funding very comfortable retirements for our band members.

Have any member ever signed for advertising, brands, etc? Like Madonna, MJ or Tina Turner for Pepsi? Probably Stevie, who was the most popular member during the late 70s and early 80s, could have made good money if she signed for some brand.

And what about this ad. Do (all) the members receive good money for this?

Stevie would get the most, as the songwriter.

There's no telling how much money she's made off of Landslide alone. More than I'll probably ever make.
