Default David Wild writing Fleetwood Mac liner notes.

On Twitter today, rock critic/writer David Wild mentioned that he was writing liner notes for Fleetwood Mac. Can we assume this is for the EP?
And if so, it's probably not being released tomorrow.

Anyone have anymore info?

Here's his tweet:

Working on Fleetwood Mac liner notes & listening to @JasonIsbell. What a songwriter. What a voice. Follow him.

is there anything on itunes yet? if that EP DL should be available tomorrow, that should actually be midnight today. hope it does happen.

Hmm..Liner notes?

Like, credits - or one of those retrospective essays that sometimes come with greatest hits compilations or remasters/reissues?

I swear to God if this isn't released at midnight I give up on this thing and I've been pretty optimistic about its release but come on. They've been yanking our chains about this release for almost a month, enough is enough. Either release the damn thing or shut the hell up about it.

He's a good writer and he's known the band for a long time. I'm sure he'll do a great job.
He's also genuinely a big fan and was championing In Your Dreams long before it was released.

I love how annoyed we've all become with this release. It's frustrating (I've been checking iTunes and the band website several times a day for weeks) but also sort of funny.
They've done a great job with building anticipation -- can't argue with that...

So it looks like NOBODY will know about this release due to their horrible marketing strategy. Then when it doesn't sell Stevie will say "see, nobody wants new music". Prophecy.Fufilled.

Absolutely, that's what will happen. No question.
