"It's like...Emerald Eyes meets Gypsy!"
Here's a game!
I couldn't stop the nagging thought in my head that Peacekeeper was like a cross between Emerald Eyes and Gypsy (musically)! Can you think of any other 'crossbreeds' to describe a Mac song? I guess it's the challenge to pick the two most descriptive songs of a given tune. Make a remark as to whether the comparison is musical or lyrical, to prevent too much confusion/arguing!

I always thought Straight Back sounded a little like Outside the Rain musically and SOTM in the way Stevie sings it. (especially the demo of Straight Back).

I'm going to throw in something else: The backbeat and the lead guitar are very similar to You and I, Part 1. And the song has some of that same dreaminess, though in this case in more of an eerie way.
By the way, Rodeo, I've never seen you this excited! I can only imagine what would happen if Lindsey actually had released an album. |

Cmon Carne that's not the game!
Carne - lol so true. But mind you it's the crazy hour over here atm (about 2:30am). Mind also I was overseas when all the Thrown Down palaver erupted recently. In any case, this song in particular has obviously really got to me!

Anyway - back to the game, man!!! lol And great contributions so far guys - especially ChilliD - that's an inspired correlation! Sleeping Angel can you believe I haven't even heard Outside the Rain. So ...(knocks self on head)!!
