Shania Twain's songs can make wives shoot their husbands!

Washington, May 30 (ANI): Husbands need to be wary of country singer Shania Twain lest their wives accidentally shoot them, while dancing to her numbers, because that's exactly what happened in Hampshire England.

A housewife shot her husband while dancing to one of the Canadian singer's hits. Linda West faced murder charges after killing her husband Gregory in May 2005, but she maintained the shooting incident was an accident, reports Contactmusic.

West recently told a court in Winchester, Hampshire, she was performing an erotic dance to Twain's hit Man! I Feel Like A Woman when the shotgun she was using as a prop accidentally went off.

Prosecutors insisted the couple had a row and the shooting was intentional, but jurors failed to convict West, accepting that the incident was an accident. (ANI)
