There is a very nice base line from start Its all Lindsey vocals . No Christine vocals at all unfortunately ( not even backing vocals ) Sounds like something from Tango .. Not a good lead single . Sorry 😐

I don't think it sounds much like something from Tango. It's much more organic than that. It's much more like Lindsey's recent stuff but with something new so that it wouldn't easily fit straight onto one of his albums.

If only it did It's much less interesting musically than anything on Tango.

I must admit Stevie was right. This is not going to be a red carpet album definitely, unless Christine's songs are much better than this lead single.

What I'm hearing from people is that it sounds like a Lindsey solo single and not like a Fleetwood Mac single. If that is true, I will be very disappointed. Also, I was really hoping for Christine to b the lead singer on the first single. However keep in mind that Little Lies was the 3rd single off Tango and it's biggest hit.

I never got the impression that Stevie didn't want to participate because the music on the album sucked (which I very much doubt). She didn't want to be part of it because of record sales.
She said she was sure the music on the album was fantastic because it was Christine's. She never said anything about Lindsey.

Yup, it is a mediocre Lindsey solo single. It's not Countdown or even Trouble or (now for nostalgia de la boue) Holiday Road. And no Christine whatsoever. So much for it being the lead off single of a duet album. At least on Say You Will Lindsey let Stevie sing on some of his songs.

Yep and Peacekeeper had very clear Stevie vocals ..even if they were added in later on.

hmmm.... well, Stevie has leaner, meaner management who negotiate her role very carefully.

Maybe it's a good thing after all that the Rumours band went out with the hit laden Tango

YES!!! That's hit the nail on its head for me. For me it's like a quirkier 2017 version of Trouble.
